1.2bn dollars for Ghana card is fraud

The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has lashed out at Government over the decision to spend $1.2 billion on the National Identification Project (Ghana Card).

According to him, it is totally out out place for a third-world country like Ghana to be spending such a colossal amount on the making ID cards when a far lesser amount could be used for the same project.
