Indexing government scandals one at a time
The Minister of Food and Agriculture, Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto has said that it is disrespectful to use the word ‘incompetence’ on him.
Coincidentally, the term 'incompetence' was used to describe the erstwhile Mahama-led administration during the 2016 campaign by the NPP. Dr. Afriyie AKoto himself in responding to questions from the Appointments Committee earlier in the year blamed challenges in the agric sector during the Mahama-led administration on incompetence.
