Indexing government scandals one at a time
A sit-down strike by commercial drivers across the country has left millions of Ghanaians stranded at various bus terminals. The nationwide strike is to protest the high cost of fuel prices in the country. The price of fuel in the country has increased significantly over the past six months.
Some Commercial drivers who complied with the decision to strike were seen with canes hitting other buses who had loaded passengers and failed to heed the call to strike, forcing all of them to step down from the vehicles.
