Mrs Kennedy Agyapong ‘silently’ chairs Shippers Authority Board

Wife of Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong, Stella Wilson Agyapong has been revealed to be a ‘silent’ Board Chairman of the Ghana Shippers Authority since September 2017, when the Minister of Transport, Mr Kwaku Ofori Asiamah swore her in.

This comes following embattled GFA President’s allegation that the Transport Ministry was ‘dashed’ to Kennedy Agyapong by President Akufo-Addo. The, revelation following the publication of the name of Mrs Agyapong in the official brochure of the Ghana Shippers Authority, a key Transport Ministry agency, as Board Chairman will raise eyebrows.

The wife of the loud-mouthed NPP MP Kennedy Agyapong, Mrs Stella Agyapong first made the news this year over a sole-sourced contract of GHC100.2 million (1.2trillion old cedis) to suppy streetlights to the Ministry of Energy which MyNewsGH.com published.
