Indexing government scandals one at a time
A Trustee of the National Cathedral, Dr. Joyce Aryee, has described as ridiculous, the assertion that workers involved in the National Cathedral project should stop receiving salaries. According to her, the stalling of the project does not mean that the workers should not be paid.
She emphasised that even though the project is not ongoing due to financial constraints, it will definitely happen.
Speaking on the sidelines of a symposium in collaboration with TD Jakes’ Divinity School, she quizzed that "you establish an organisation, the organisation should stop because you don’t have money to continue a certain aspect of the organisation. Is that it?"
